I wanted to work larger and quicker. The vases are painted first , then elements of collaged prints and other papers are added. More textures sometimes printed on top and finally gold paint and gold thread in one case. All the shapes are taken from real antique vases and then used as a way of expressing print surfaces. They are all available unframed and also may be bought as cards. |
